hence the sound is created inside the engine which is delivered out of it with the help of silencer/exhaust...
this high pitch sound is created cause the engines rev at 19000 RPM, which means each cylinder in the engine(which consists of 8cyl in V)..has 19000 blasts inside them that is 19000 X 8 =1,52,000 controlled blasts per second..... and so many blasts per second drives that F-1 car and hence that high pitch noise,...which actually is silenced with the help of silencer.....without silencer...check the formula i gave u on the top...;-)
