Does anyone else miss the infield shows?

May be...

of the past Talladega races. I remember the girls there had to be begged to put on clothes. Now, they get arrested if they flash a smile?
Are all the Nascar events trying to make the infield a family friendly place too?

Miss the bobbie show. As the girls got drunker, the show got better. I still have my pictures from years gone by but now the infield is just boring.

It's completely changed. Talladega was incredible. They still have an awesome infield vibe at horse races, like The Preakness.

Eh what are yah gonna do? The thing I miss the most are the Winston No Bull concerts. Specifically Dean Hall. He's a fantastic guitar player and was a great draw at the infields in the 90's and early Y2K.

...Miss the "old" infield,sure do.
We use to drive up from Florida with a "U-Haul" truck.Pull into the infield and this would be our headquarters for race weekend.Another friend would drive a stationwagon.We would party Friday and Saturday nights,sleep in the "U-Haul" and after the race pile in the wagon and go back to Florida and leave the truck at the track.
