Whats going on in formula 1?

im not really a big fan of f1 , i prefer moto gp,

but whats going on in f1 , whats happening to ferrari and mclaren ,
is there new rules that are affecting them or anything

when ferrari win they are ok, but they are very bad losers and don't like other teams to beat them
