I love Jr and he is going to win today. I do not care how many races it has been since his last points win, I will always be cheering for him and hoping for a win.
I also think the game would be required to use his current car and number because the 8 car is no longer his. Only makes sense that way.
Go Jr!!!!!!! Let's see a win at Talladega. 88 in '08!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he can win if he works with smokey I want to see Jr, Smoke and Burton drag race for the lead the last lap.

Go Dale Jr win 'dega hopefully, i think everyone would be extremely excited to see him win again I'm not sure on the game, but my guess would be yes. As for winning, I could see him finishing pretty well. We'll have to see. It'll come down to whose teammates are there in the end. Top 15. Is he going to win? Probably.
I think 'Dega is his BEST chance at winning.
Honestly though, no one 'knows.' Anything can happen. To many variables to say.....I sure as hell hope so!! It is his 300th start w/ a 70 race losing streak...And his Daddy's birthday is this week (Tuesday April 29)......Seems like a great day for him to win!!

Plz No dumb Answers if he was still with dei id sya no his engine will blow but since hes got a good engine I think he will finish top 10 unless he crashes no he won't I'd love to see him win. he could have won last night in the nationwide series but nobody would go with him...but today at least he has teammates :) I really hope he wins. He has led 12 times so far. It's not over yet.......

Yes and No. I like it because Tony has won 3 races this year and I love to see him win. No because a couple years ago he got hurt in a Nationwide car and had to miss a Sprint Cup race! I enjoy watching my favs, as often as they wanna run,
But it can be dangerous,
I remember when Bobby Labonte broke his collar in a Busch race a few years ago, and had to drive thru the pain for a couple months. Do you like when your favorite driver runs in the Nationwide Series or any other series for that matter? I think the Nationwide drivers should have a better chance to win races without the Sprint Cup guys interfering so much and agree that the number of races that they are participating in Nationwide needs to be limited. I do however still get stoked when somebody I like wins no matter what series it is in. i think they should be limited to only 20 or so starts allowed per season if they are full time cup drivers Yeah I like it. Besides just loving to race I'm sure alot of the cup drivers do it for their sponsors. Kurt doesn't run that many Nationwide races so I dont have to worry about that much. Penske has let Sam Hornish Jr run the Nationwide races now to get experience.

kimi's haircut rules!!! Here's one to ague about Safety car out car out of fuel pit lane closed driver peanalised with drive through is it not now time to sort this pit lane closure rule once and for all well it was an eventful race.

4. Rubens front wing was very strange indeed!

and rest you can pick =) 1st thing - Ferrari not as quick as they thought... Lewis and Robert kept them very honest throughout the race. I still think Lewis could've had more of a go at Massa, but perhaps he was pushing hard enough as it was... he was 9 km/h faster in Campsa than anyone else!!!! thats big...
2. BMW (in Kubica at least..) had very good race pace, not as quick as Lewis and the Ferraris but there 'for sure'....
3. Alonso's engine... these things happen, but his pace wasn't too bad when he was running, just a bit slower than the BMW's which is what Flavio said they would be... his hyperbole paid off for once lol
4. Heikki's crash... I'm not saying its a McLaren design fault or the wheel companies'... but it was very similar to Lewis' accident at the Nurburgring... but then this time it could be down to those covers... if it is a stone like Ron said, then it could've got trapped in the space between the cover and the wheel, and that could tear the wheel apart...
Good on him for giving the thumbs-up though... He's a very nice man who understood that we were all worried about him, and as soon as we could see he was ok we could get on with racing..
5. Rubens front wing... I think it was broken by a stray airgun left out by another team... if I was Honda I'd be looking into how it happened, because there could be trouble for that team if they left a gun out for Rubens to hit As usual with Spanish GP, it was very dull and save for a few random moments (Rubens' front wing anyone?!) wont go in the record books of fantastic races. Even the commentators sounded bored silly. Not a good start for the 'European Season'.
Lewis made a good start, as did Alonso but the Ferrari's looked very comfortable and weren't exactly pushed to their limit.
I can only hope Turkey won't turn out to be another turkey (poor pun, i'm sorry. . .) So many DNFs. Poor Alonso, he was doing really well and his engine gave way. And unfortunately for Vettel and Sutil, it was not a weekend to remember. ANd poor Heikki, going into the tyre barriers. At least he could still give us a thumbs up to show that he is OK.
And Kimi took the win to lead the championship. Ferrari is also leading the constructor's now. Not my favourite so far this season.
I'm sorry that Alonso couldn't have made as much with his low fuel stategy as Webber managed but I guess his car had other problems. Hamilton put in a great drive, well done to him.
The high was definetly Kimi winning and the low was Heikki's accident. I hope he is fine. best race of the year so far Kimi looks fat with no hair! lol.
Lots of action from the back but the front of the grid was pretty boring.
Glad that Heikki is ok, too bad Alonso blew his engine, he was having a good race. That little incident with DC was not surprising and I'm glad the stewards are taking the time to investigate it because although it did not seem like his fault, his pace had dropped and the toyota was catching up.
Kimi is FAT!!!! What was with Trulli third pitstop where they did nothing. Nothing! Radio communications problem, apparently - - he came in by mistake and cost himself 2 places. Bizarre.
"Fat Boy Kim" needs to lose 6kg like Kubica did. But a good drive - - same for Flippy and Lewis. Well done Webber. Uppers,

Rosberg's engine going bang when he had climbed from 15TH to 7TH. Kimi lookes like he was out on bail ! lol I thought at first that Heikki had been badly hurt going by the replay of the accident, lucikly he's just taken a smack on the head, other than that Lewis was faster than the Mclaren and Ferrari walked it really. Bet you like cricket as well, another exciting sport ??? Mclaren kept up the pace and had more fuel in for Qually
Shame they could have ran on the harder tyres on two sessions rather than one...may have made a difference ?
Ferrari are the team to beat... must be a good car to get chunky Kimi around .... too many Pizzas ?

Other than the usual shunts and bumps I thought it was an awful race.
It was good to see that Mclaren and BMW have a similar race pace to Ferrari which could prove eventful at later races. Great to see Jenson in the points. Bad luck for Heidfeld. That pit lane/safety car scenario really needs to be looked at. It's dreadfully unfair to punish someone if they're about to run out of fuel.
I'm struggling to find anything positive to say to be honest, it was just plain boring. kimi was wonderful,ferrari set up was great. well it was defo a heart stopping race due to Heikki's off. my heart was going 10 to the dozen! I'm so glad he is ok and will be racing in Turkey.
Poor Vettel, I really don't think that was his fault. it seemed to me that Sutil hit DC then spun off leaving Sebastian nowhere to go.
Piquet was off the track more than once! With the improvements Renault have made I expected him to be at least in the top ten finishers.
I felt so so so sorry for little Anthony Davidson. It seems like stones were a problem for more than one car today!
I also felt sorry for Nick Heidfeld having to have that penalty. I really think that rule should be reviewed. Its too harsh a penalty to pay for something that is out of your control.
DC and Glock, well, as I asked, Is DC's car magnetic or what.
Kimi drove a faultless race and once again the pole sitter has won the race. Perhaps he and Schumie should teach Felipe how to park his car properly lol. either that or make the equipment lighter, his poor mechanics nearly always have to move it!!! .

Well done to Massa at the start, excellent reactions and Hamilton for a hard a fair opening gambit again (slag me down but apart from Bahrain i feel he's one of the best starters on the grid - hope i don't jinx him by saying that)

Odd rule the pit lane/safety rule. Maybe they should inform the FIA of an impending pit stop and then be allowed to enter??
Not sure on this 2 race engine rule either and haven't been for a few races. It seems to me it may discourage racing at max revs if only for 2 points....turn the revs down and save the engine for next race and get10??

BTW Danica is only .027 seconds slower than Vitor and she is 4th fastest in practice...Wheldon and Dixon are 1-2 with Vitor and Danica close behind.....qualifying is this afternoon!!! I don't see Vitor winning anytime soon. There are just too many better cars and drivers than him.
I'm hoping Scheckter in the Luzco Dragon team can win - he's is looking good in 6th considering that this is the first time in a car since Chicagoland last year.

Fred has said he always wanted to drive for them and McLaren clearly recognized that Fred's a great driver. But Fred's fragile ego could not handle the "what have you done for me lately" attitude at McLaren - it is very business-like there where Renault is more homely, what with Papa Flav and his favourite son etc.
Like some marriages, even with the best intentions, some things just don't work out. Why is probably very complicated alongside all the acusations, and bad blood between him and his team mate. Althought I am a McLaren supporter I think Renualt suits him better.
Hamilton to McLaren is almost like family because they have been nurturing him for so long. But undoubtedly Alonso is a formidable driver and I think all things considered it's McLaren's loss. Bit sad really for all concerned.
I can see Alonso with Honda next year. *sigh* I know exactly how you feel. to say I was gutted when that partnership didn't work out would be in understatement .

. They could have at least signed a more mature driver to partner with Lewis for tracks like this. ...because they love Lewis more than Fernando. .... because we think you are causing too much trouble fighting with Hamilton. Besides, you can't stand him and the team, so you want to leave.
After all that happened last year, the team felt really betrayed that Alonso reported them to the FIA after blackmailing Ron. It got so tense that you could feel it in the team's atmosphere. The mechanics couldn't even look him in the face.
Plus, the rivalry between him and Hamilton reached unhealthy levels. This has been denied recently but i wonder if it's true and if people actually believe it. Too much competition will not help the team as the driver could just be focusing on how to beat his team mate instead of also giving feedback to help improve the car, helping to improve the team;s performance They were so in love with Hamilton they couldn't see reallity....
Bad for them, they'll open their eyes this year and see they bet on the wrong horse...
