I'll say that Mark Martin and Kevin Harvick will not win a race this year. I think the other 4 mentioned have a great shot to win a race or 2 but a couple of them will also be win-less at the end of the season.
3 STR8 N 08!!! Mark Martin and Kevin Harvick I don't see Mark Martin winning a race. I think Tony, Jeff & Kevin will win at least 1 race in the Chase. Matt Kenseth :( Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Mark Martin, Kevin Harvick.
It is unreal that these guys haven't won this year........What do ya think!? Mark Martin. Though I want him to.
Out of all of them, I would expect Stewart or Gordon to have at least one win by the end of the season. Mark Martin Jeff Gordon, he's too hot and cold, when it rains, it rains. I would take Mark Martin off that list, that is too obvious of a pick with his struggles of the last 3 years. Martin and Harvick.
Marks next win will come with Hendrick. Yeah, what do you think the odds would have been that none of those drivers would win a race by now at the beginning of the season. Its been a two horse show this year. And we all thought the days of one or two drivers dominating was over! But the tides will change, they always do. Biffle will not win, nor Martin. Kenseth, Gordon, and Stewart will get one each somehow...maybe? It's odd that none of those "greats" haven't won this year but this could be a "changing of the guard" year....happened to Petty, Yarborough, Rudd, Wallace, all had a year or years where no wins came.
If I had to choose....I would have to say that none of them will get a win. NOW BEFORE YOU THROW ME UNDER THE BUS...LET'S EXAMINE MY P.O.V.
Stewart----------does he really want to take Toyota to victory? NO!
Gordon-----------does he focus on racing like he used to? No! Family
man now, he sees the big picture and will retire at 40
Martin-------------Will DEI win a race this year? Would love to say
yes, but don't think it'll happen. Too much drama.
Harvick............just doesn't seem to be having the type of season
that produces wins
Of course this is just my opinion....I am sure MOST IF NOT ALL will
disagree but that's just the way I see it. Mark Martin/Tony Stewart. They will both win one next year. I don't think Jeff can win before the Chase, but I think he will maybe win at least 1 in the Chase. And you just never know about Harv. I don't think Mark Martin or Kevin Harvick will win this year. I wouldn't have said that about Kevin at the start of the season, but he is having trouble lately. He did end up with a good finish at Bristol though. Tony and Jeff are coming to some tracks that are historically good for them. I bet they will have wins before the end of the season.
I think Jeff Gordon's best shot for a win is this weekend in CA. I don't think Mark Martin will win this year, I don't think Kevin Harvick will win this year. I'm undecided on whether or not I think Tony Stewart will win this year. I'm gonna say Mark Martin, he already has a Nationwide win for this yr, but I do not see it happening this yr... But I think Jeff Gordon & Matt Kenseth will see victory lane, Smoke maybe Harvick probably. If Dei gets a win I think it will be Truex Jr.. I also think da Bif will se victory lane also. Jeff Gordon has some great tracks coming up,I just can not see him going a season without a win.. My Jeff Gordon buddies are in a major state of depression, now they know what it has felt like to be a Dale Jr fan during his loosing streak, that he had.

EA nascar 2001 and 2009 Of the two I have (NASCAR 08 and NASCAR Thunder 2002) I like NASCAR 08 better. However, NASCAR Thunder 2002 is easier to play, and has some features that are better implemented than NASCAR 08. I really want to try the Atari/Infogrames NASCAR games though... I've heard they are great! obviously i just got Nascar 07 Yesterday it's good other than the graphics are Kinda bad compared to Nascar Thunder 04
Which do you think is the best? NASCAR 09 since it's the most modern and up-to-date and has the best graphics. 05 is pretty good also. The old Dirt to Daytona is far and away the best NASCAR game but I don't know if it's EA or not. I don't know about 07 but I rented 08 and 09 recently and they don't even come close to Dirt to Daytona. NASCAR Thunder 2002 and 2005 Chase for the Cup ( Harvick on Cover) are my favorites. The new one is better than the last few but still needs improving. Hopefully NASCAR will release the license to some other gaming company. NASCAR 98, nascar thunder 2002 and NASCAR 2001

Earnhardt Jr and Tony Stewart I don't think of any driver specifically from any song, but I always think of NASCAR in general when I hear Flirtin with Disaster. Partly I think it comes from the NASCAR 98 video game I have, but it also fits NASCAR pretty well. I will remember you.....

EDIT: Jeff C has it right about that Labor Day race. I might have to drive UP to see it. Although I'd rather drive up to Darlington, Atlanta will work too! Nunya's got it for ya....I really like the changes...especially the Labor Day event being at HOTLANTA....make have to drive down and see that one....anything would be better than Snoozeafornia! I would like to see it if someone has the link to it.

They don't announce it until a month or two before the release but I don't see why not. Elliott was on one! I dont think Kenseth will ever be on the cover, unfortunately. Kenseth is a very good driver, but he just doesnt have the appeal of some of the other drivers that would likely get chosen over him. I wouldnt be surprised to see Carl Edwards or Kyle Busch on the cover of next years game.
As for a website that would list them, it doesnt exist. EA decides who is going to be on the cover of all their sports games in the few months before they release the game. They always make it a huge deal, with a press conference and all that to announce who their cover athlete is. It would kinda kill the suspense if they had a website listing who was going to be on the cover for the next couple of years, huh? Maybe next year.
I don't why Gordon is on the cover of 09 with no wins this year. Heck, he's like the entire frame of 09. dont think thats gonna happpen Matt may be my fave but they do not seem to put him on a lot of anything, they are dumb for that one in my opinion I doubt it. He's not the most marketable driver. Although like someone said, if Elliot Sadler could make it on there he's definitely got a shot. It depends on if he does really well the previous season. Expect Carl Edwards or Kyle Busch to be on the NASCAR '10 cover. If he wins another championship, then perhaps he can share the cover with someone. They need a really high-profile person on the cover of those games. To the NASCAR world- yeah, everyone knows who Matt Kenseth is, but everyone else who's buying these games may be more familiar with the Tony Stewarts, and Dale Jr.'s. Sorry hunny. I bet he will.
I couldn't find a site that tells who will be on the cover in the future. history shows they like chevy guys, i was a bit dumbfounded why elliot was on the cover but i been wondering why guys like kenesth, edwards havent been on the cover...jeff gordon and tony stewart are always on there and i have a feeling with jr in new colors, he will probaly be back on the cover for 2010 I made a custom cover of Matt Kenseth on the cover of NASCAR Thunder 2004, it may not be much but here is the direct link to it. Spa is considered more of a drivers circuit and less of a horsepower circuit, so the skilled driver can overtake reasonably easily.
This is a great Spa overtake, though not the best ever as the video optimistically says, it involves using a much slower " back marker car"
