How fast do cars in the various motorsports go - F1, Indy etc .. which is the fastest?

Hard to say because none are like for like in racing environments. F1 cars don't race on ovals, but if trimmed to suit would *probably* be faster

NHRA Top Fuel - 330+ mph
IRL - 220+ mph
F1 - 200+ mph
NASCAR - 205+ mph (230+ without the restrictor plates)

F1 is the car most capable of a top speed which is somewhere in the neighborhood of 230 mph. IRL is around 220 or so. Nascar would be around 210 if they took the restrictor plates off at Talladega. Otherwise Nascar is running a top speed of 194 or so.
