Can someone explain the points thats awarded each week?

if you fail tech you lose 100 points!

Dont forget about 5 points for leading a lap and
5 points for leading the most laps!!!!!!

I know that 1- ??? gets 5 points more than the driver in front of them and it goes down to 3 points ( 43rd gets 34 points and 42nd get 37 points ), but who gets 5 points for position and who get 3 points for position?
