Generally are IRL's or Nascar's tickets more expensive?

Nascar tickets are way more expensive than IRL's I have been to both and my cheapest excursion has been IRL. For Example Lets just say a nascar race at Atlanta Motor Speedway you are looking at ticket prices like this:
Winners Grandstand- $95.00 To $135.00

Champions Grandstand- $105.00 To $115.00

Earnhardt Grandstand- $88.00 To $105.00

Petty Grandstand- $95.00

Elliot Grandstand- $39.00 To $75.00
Those are the prices for the Atlanta Race Coming This October

Ok, now lets say an IRL race at Kentucky Speedway which is their next race on August 9th, these are the prices:
Rows 0-10: $40
Rows 11-21: $50
Rows 22-32: $60
Tower Suite: $70
