Hornish made 125,000 for finishing 35 while Jr made 117,350 for finishing 10th?? Im confused lol or this predetermined or sponsor money or what? Thx.

There is a set value for all 43 positions. In addition to that set value there are numerous contingency and incentives from sponsors, NASCAR and other sources that not all of the drivers participate in.
