I don't think they will ban Mclaren, It isn't always about the rules.They need Mclaren and their golden boy (Hamilton) for publicity and commercial issues. The FIA people wants more fans and in turn more sponsors and more as long as Hamilton do that, they will keep him on track.

Plus, they spend more on F1 competition than most teams. They might be fined, say $10 million, but that's nothing to them when their budget is something like half a billion.

Hey Shark, thanks for your enlightening explanations but I dont think that Mclaren will die at all, they might just get another fine but maybe its $200 Million and not $100 million.

As for Lewis, rumours has it he will leave the team AND F1 ( though I doubt it very very much ) and he should stay and ride out the storm anyway, rebuild his reputation since F1 is a sport full of and controlled by liars anyway and Lewis just happens to have unfortunately been misled into the liar rianks, I do wish he had consulted his father before opening his blinking mouth or just relied on his "own gut feelings", its this sort of thing that his dad has been trying so hard to protect him from.
