What would be going through your mind...?

May be...

  • OMG!!! I do not think Nascar would have allowed my radio scanner ever to be replayed...There would have been some words I do not think anybody would have ever heard of...Dang that was one wicked crash...but he is still alive today, and you are a great fan of Elliott. That was one bad crash I had forgot about this one.. But then you come you come up with great stuff, its nearly 1am after that crash I'm going to bed that one wore me out...

    Go Dale Jr & hms
  • A lot of expletives for starters, followed by oh cool, this is gonna be on TV! Oh, and I will definitely need some ibuprofen after this...
  • i would be saying wo im in the air @$##@%$^%$%#@$#%$&^$&#@##@^#^#^%$@#^#^#%...
  • After I'd crash and have no control over my car, I'd be enjoying the roller coaster ride. Love the g-forces.
  • i would be cussing and shitting but yeah it is better than hitting the wall head on.
  • WEEEEEE!!!!
  • Do I have AFLAC??? If I get hurt at work...they could pay my bills with cash which is just as good as money!!!!

Sorry I couldn't do better VP....loved the bounce at the end of it.
I remembered when that crash happened....very scary.
  • aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

holy cow Jeff your answer left me "quacking" up!!!!!!!! hahahah!

    *insert drum line*... "baa-na-chhh!!!!"
  • They would have to turn my radio off...don't need to go to Disney Land anymore!

    *MOJO*
  • I would be saying alot of bad words.
  • If this was happening to you?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6Vw8VJDU...

I think I'd be more pissed off than scared. Better than hitting a wall head on. How about you?
  • I think every time i went over i would have swore - then after it was over be thankful for being in one piece and for making the highlight reel.

I remember that race and kept on saying no! not my Elliot!
  • I would be hoping that I come out of it in one piece. That crash looked nasty and would probably hurt.

    Ouch, Ouch, Ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • O my ...yes...I'd be ticked...and scared. This was before the Hans device and other safety equipment so I think mostly I would be saying my prayers.

Which car would win in a race. twin turbo charged toyota supra or nissan skyline gtr r34 suped up the max?

    May be...

  • I would choose the Toyota for sure...
  • I think they would tie, as long as Mike Waltrip wasn't driving.

    LOL

    I just had too.
  • The trouble with picking Supra's and Skyline's and Evo's also is its tit for tat what ever one can do the other can do better so the answer would be on the day and the driver and not really the cars. The exported MK4 version of the Supra is also quicker than the JDM version and also has better brakes. The R34 true engine running is around 500bhp.but both the 2jz and the RB engines are great tunable engines and both are bullet proof. One is awd and one is rwd it goes on and on.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nd9i2oPl7...
Converted Rb powered Supra before arrest.

  • I would say a nissan Skyline Gtr r34. That is one sweet and fast car.

    http://www.revver.com/video/500146/nissa...

Check this new 09 Nissan GTr R35 out. I would say this one souped up to the max!

  • How many championships has Kyle Busch won, and in which series?

    May be...

  • Zip. Nada, Zilch. 0, none, cero, nunca!

No one championship in the NASCAR series.

Hopefully that will stay like that for another year.
  • that would be a big goose egg. 0, Zero, Zlich, Nada, None. and I hope grows up a little before he wins one.
  • None
  • In NASCAR? None. But, from 1999 through 2001, Busch earned more than 65 wins in legends cars as he racked up two track championships at Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s “Bullring” before moving to late models.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyle_Busch

    *MOJO*
  • no nascar series championships - yet. but he was rookie of the year in the then-busch series in 2004, winning five races in the process and setting the record for most wins for a rookie while finishing second in the points. he more than likely would have been a shoe-in for the 2005 busch series championship but was moved up full-time into cup and only ran 14 busch series races. at the same time in 2005 he won rookie of the year in the cup series, collecting two wins in the process. the only "championships" i know of are track championships, at least two of them at the bullring in vegas:

From 1999 through 2001, Busch earned more than 65 wins in legends cars as he racked up two track championships at Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s “Bullring” before moving to late models.
  • Zero.
  • 1 less than he will have this time next year ;)
  • None in NASCAR, but I heard he came in second place in a Pee-Wee Herman lookalike contest!
  • he has won nothing this will be his first but watch out for edwards he is not to far behind him
  • he's like 7-up never had it never will. Just kidding I really do think he's the one to beat this year. The only one to beat him will be Kyle himself, let's hope he doesn't self destruct
  • NASCAR Sprint Cup Series: 0
    NASCAR Nationwide Series: 0
    NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series: 0
    NASCAR Regional Series: 0
  • 0 in each and every series.

at least jr. has won 2 busch series championships.

then again, if stats mean anything, he'll have 1 by the end of this year.
  • He hasn't won any yet.
  • I cannot tell a lie, none.
  • None...
  • Zilch / notta
  • a big "0" none yet..

    Go Dale Jr & Hms
  • None

    LOL @ fluffy's answer
  • I'm going to say something nice for the little Busch
    (I owe him one)
Kyle Busch has won a few Championships
    in the series of Love
    with his girlfriend

    NASCAR Conspiracy #14-T or F?

    May be...

  • TRUE
  • True. He does get involved in a lot of wrecks. Being overly aggressive makes him reckless. He's not a bad guy. I think he's trying too hard. But ask me after Sunday's race and I may be much more harsh. It sure does suck seeing Texaco bail. What a history they have! RIP Davey.
  • objection your honor, compound question.

    sustained. rephrase.

is he overly aggressive? yes, at times, especially for someone new to the series. but he's not the first to be that way and he won't be the last.

is he wreckless? i don't think so. is he new to the sport and used to being "the best" everywhere he goes and having the respect there that he hasn't earned here yet, yes. is he truly wreckless, no, no more than most early in their careers - at least the good ones... the ones with fire in the belly.

now if you asked if he was vindictive, there i'd have to say yes.
  • false did you mean kyle??? then true
  • True and False, he's a bit excessively aggressive, but usually ain't wreakless.
  • False. He is neither overly aggressive nor reckless. How do you justify otherwise?
  • False, How many drivers has he wrecked this year?
  • True, I think he is overly aggressive and wreckless sometimes sometimes I wonder if he is where he belongs but just my opinion
  • True. Just from seeing it on TV.
Oh, and every time I go to a race he always crashes right in front of where I'm sitting.
  • false how many drivers has he wrecked this year uhhh 1 and its kyles fault for bangin in to him so much
  • True, he will bump or crash anyone.
  • True when was the last time he finished a race without a scratch on his car/and took out some other undeserving driver
  • true
but hey, so is Mr. 18.
  • true he so sucks!
  • False. I think he started out that way because he wanted to fit in "now". I think he has settled in nicely, and will grow as a driver. Less wrecks this year.

    *MOJO*
  • False: OK...I was going to say true but he doesn't wreck everyone all the time. He isn't my favorite by a long shot but he isn't reckless with wild abandon. He's agressive. As ALL the drivers should be.
  • False. I'll agree that he's overly aggressive, but he's had more than his fair share of wrecks. As far as whether he's reckless, I don't agree with that, either. I think he knows darn well when he's trying to take someone out.
  • true
    he sucks
  • Juan Pablo Montoya is an overly agressive, and wreckless driver.

True or False? And how do you justify your answer?
  • true
have you seen him drive, comment on others, and his attitude just sucks
  • Well he has been wreckless but a lot less this year so I guess it's a little of both.
  • Tony Stewarts a Cry Baby .....?

    May be...

  • Tony has a passion for racin! Something most other drivers need to get! He also speaks his mind another thing other drivers need.

I am sure that the HGH made him able to push on the gas harder
  • Tony Stewart is a very emotional driver, but crybaby? No, that award goes to Clint Bowyer. And who cares if Ron Hornaday is using HGH? I don't see how that would affect his driving in any positive way.
  • He's always been a cry baby, a helluva driver but a cry baby to say the least. I wouldn't want to work at his new team, he would yell at you for finising second even though he had a chance to win it.

Ron Hornaday? You sure you're not talking about Rodger Clemmens?
  • I think Tony was frustrated just as any driver would be, this was nothing new, but of course has been blown totally out of proportion. As for the Hornady thing, let's just say I think his brain took a beating after usage...
  • I don't think Tony is a crybaby! I think he was just upset not to get the win, He hasn't had his normal kind of season and I think it's wearing on him, so I think he is just frustrated that's all!
  • yeah he was mad. but when the 48 bet you out of the pits buy half car. he should not be mad at the pit crew. that's was bs. he just did not get it done on the track. if that would have been Busch he would have made it bye the 48 for the win.
  • Tony is just passionate. He gets pissed when he loses, as he should. If you ever wonder how much these guys hate losing, go a race and rent a scanner. It ain't ESPN, baby.
  • Tony's not a crybaby. I think he was just irritated.

Most seasons, he doesn't start to get hot and start getting wins until summer. Well, summer's come and gone and Tony's still winless this season.

He had a good chance to win on Sunday and it didn't happen for him; If it's been over a year since I last won a race and there was a chance for me to beat my 0-39 losing streak and I ended up finishing second again, for the fourth time this season, I'd be a little frustrated too.

Regarding what he said over his radio after the race, it is my understanding that he was upset about not winning. The way he was unbuckling himself and the words he said clearly demonstrate that but I don't think he was whining about it; he was just letting off a little steam.
  • Absolutely! Beyond a shadow of a doubt.
And don't forget to include sore loser and immature. Tony will make a GREAT owner and I cant wait to here the excuses next year.
  • Yes Tony is and always was and always will be a cry baby especially next year when he has to pay the bills.HGH?? How in the world could that give a driver any kind of advantage
  • Remember when Dale JR. announced that his going to joined JJ and Jeff Gordon they sabotage him. Watch this last 10 races, they will do this Tony Stewart also.
  • i thank he is a cry baby when he don't get his way
  • No Tony is not a cry baby, I think he every right to be upset. They lost it in the pits. But Zippy told him they win and lost as a team. Tony isnt having is usual season and I do think it is getting to him.
Well he has 10 more races to win one lets see if he can.

As for Hornaday I havnt heard anything about it. SOrry.
  • I have never really thought of Tony Stewart as a crybaby. He can sure be a hothead though.

I haven't read up on the Ron Hornaday scandal yet. First I have heard of it.
  • Nascar would be boring if every time someone lost a race and they got out and just said "oh well we will get them next week" ! It's just a lot frustration when you are that close and don't get the job done.
  • question #1

    http://www.sirius.com/servlet/ContentSer...

question #2, he admitted he stopped using it after 13 months, he drives for a team owner that does drug testing...
  • Yes or no? He says they had the fastest car but did they have the best driver? His crew chief was right in saying they win or lose as a team but that's not how Tony sounded in the Audio when he said great job everyone! We gave another one away today! Talk to me!

    Another question?

Ron Hornady NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series defending champion says the Human Growth Hormone was for his wife. Do you believe that? He admits to taking Testosterone but denies using HGH. Talk to me some more! Thanks!
  • Tony isn't a cry baby he is the face of the team and the crew let him down and in every report you will hear tony stewart is going to be the one who gets the loss so it was just him letting his team know that he could have one this race if they had gotten him out faster yes he could have waited untill after the race to jump on his team but everybody knows tony don't always do the pc thing.
  • Tony was just pissed off because that damn toyota he is in couldn't keep up with a chevy
  • The fact that Tony Stewart didn't try and put on a happy face, or a politically correct face when he was ticked off is one of the many reasons I love and respect Tony!!
I don't think he's a cry baby, I just think he wears his heart on his sleeve. When he's happy, when he's sad, when he's ticked off, he allows his fans (and his haters) to go along for the ride.

    HGH for his wife? Yeah....sure....whatever.
  • Na. Tony's not a crybaby. He's used to winning and is really frustrated right now. The fiery spirit is a NASCAR tradition and the sport wouldn't be the same without it. That being said, I think Tony blew it by throwing his team under the bus. Much the same as when he said Goodyear was a crappy tire company. His comments didn't hurt the sport but they sure made him look bad. And I agree with you guys about Bowyer. What the hell happened to Clint? He used to be one of my most-liked drivers and now I wish he would just go get a pacifier, cram it in his mouth, and suck on it. Now that's a crybaby! Please remember those lost on this date 7 years ago and say a prayer for the victims, their loved ones, and all of our brave men and women in harm's way. '01 was a crappy year. But we are "We the people" and we will prevail. Peace to all.
  • Yes he is. He is just like Kyle Busch. As long as everything is going great he is just fine. But let something happen and he goes crazy. We will see alot of this next season.
  • In my opinion, he is, he seems to always blame others and i personally don't think of him as that great of a driver, he's good he won the cup twice, but he's not "great" in my eyes, and next year i wonder if he's going to cuss himself if he loses, i think whether he came out of the pits in front of jimmie, then the out come would've been the same, jimmie would've passed him....
  • He was just very angry and frustrated that he didn't win. His thinking was that if they got out of the pits ahead of Johnson, they could have kept the lead...unfortunately johnson beat him out of the pits.
  • i think that tony is i use to think that he was entertaining but now he just wines and next year he will be doing worse so he better get use to losing
  • No...
Tony is far from a cry baby. He's just outspoken and that bothers all the pcr's. There's nothing wrong with showing your emotions. We've all seen a lot worse reactions at different races.Usually when Smoke speaks he has a way of gettin' his point across. I admire him for his intensity and love of racing.

About Hornaday, Don't know, I haven't read anything about it yet, sorry.

Did I hear this right ?

    May be...

  • Holy Cow! You don't even know the name of the Home Depot driver. His name is Tony Stewart and you are not a race fan if you don't know that.

Tony almost won yesterday and so if he said anything to his crew he was just blowing off steam. That's Tony. Did he quit? Drivers don't quit because they are mad at their team. No, he didn't quit. He is leaving this team at the end of the season but it has nothing to do with him being mad or losing the race.

Drivers blowing off steam at their guys is nothing. Most do it. They are used to it. For the most part, especially the Home Depot team, they are a tight unit.
  • Tony Stewart got mad and said "we" gave another race away...and his crew chief Greg Zippedelli "Zippy" told him "nice attiude", and to "cut the crap we win and lose as a team".

I love Tony. He has the guts to say whats what.
  • What? Why are you here?

If you dont know the name of the driver who drives the Home Depot car, why do you care what he said to his pit crew?

"Did he quit?" Are you serious?
  • To answer your ?'s
Yes He told his team off.
    Tony Stewart is him name.
They had a bad pit stop.
    No he didnt quit.

  • The driver of the #20 is called Tony Stewart and he got real mad yesterday.
He gets over it fast. He has just had a bad year. No he did not quit, but is buying into his own team Haas next year and will drive for himself sort of.
    I hope this helps.
  • Do you seriously not know who drives the home depot car? It's Tony "smoke" Stewart and yes he was mad and no he didn't quit, are you serious...this is Tony your talking about he's got attitude but we love him for it
  • This is your brain, this is your brain on...........................whatever he's smoking..................A renegade troll!!!
  • Was watching football Eugene so not sure
  • Did the driver of the Home Depot car tell someone on his team off at the end of the Nascar Race ? What was the drivers name ? What was he mad about ? Did he quit ?

What would Kasey Kahne do for a Klondike bar?

    May be...

  • Kiss random girls.
  • walk to the corner store, in his home town
  • He'd probably take down those 3 soccer gals after him..or better yet wreck Bowyer tomorrow to get in the chase, and then celebrate with a Bud in his hand.

    Go Dale Jr & Hms
  • Wreck Kyle and Cousin Carl
  • lol@ winter glory..but i think he would put on the so called "zoot suit" from the dancing commercial and actually wear it in a race and WIN!
(can ya see it now, his pink, lavender and white hearts firesuit and matching car..hehehehehe)

I would personally give him the Klondike bar
  • Make the chase
    NO
    makeout with a crazy fan
  • Date the stalker ladies from the All-State commercial..
  • Drive their car in the Nationwide Series.
  • win
  • Maybe he would wear a racing suit with cute little Klondike bears on it and dance around in the snow on a pair of snow shoes, with of course the 3 ladies from the advertisements hot at his heals.
  • i'm with fluffy, but i don't think he'd actually walk to the store - i think he'd just tell one of his personal assistants to make sure the freezer was stocked with them. or just mention them during a pre- or post-race interview so the company that makes them would send him a box or two...
    ;-)
  • ...........................................
    .........................................
    ugh....... he would...................
    .........................................
    .........................................
    ask
    he would ask
stare at you until you answered
look really cute with huge blue eyes
then when you say no he RUNS!!!
to ask one of the girls from the allstate commercial cuz you KNOW they would give him some!!!
    take some.....then........
    RUN!!!
run faster then you have ever seen (i mean he got all that exercise from running before)

hide in his car and eat them
then if the creepy girls find 'em he just punches the gas
i mean come on which goes faster middle aged women or a race car??
  • He would take out them 3 broads that have been chasing him.
  • Is Joey Logano going to race?

    May be...

  • no news about a deal for him to switch to the 96 car ... yet. but if they didn't announce anything today, it's probably not going to happen.
  • No. Since he was trying to quallify in the 02 car. and Quallifying was Rained out due to hanna.... since it was rained out his car did not make the show.

On a brighter note for you. He will be on the Nationwide series pole.. and will attempt 6 more cup races this season.
  • nope and glad of it that dumb@$$ wont get in the way of clint regan or kasey
  • qualifying was rained out so he will not race this weekend.
  • Not this week-end at Richmond in Sprint. Both this race and the Nationwide race were set on drivers points.
  • I havnt heard anything about it. And I was just wondering what they were going to do. If he was going to race with the 96 car.
  • No. Since qualifying was rained out, he will not get his shot this week.
  • Nope, no sliced bread tomorrow, atleast the qualifying being rained out was good for something but then he will be in Nationwide race. dang.

    Go Dale Jr & Hms
  • He'll race in the Nationwide Series tomorrow, but not the Cup Series, their qualifying was rained out.
  • not in cup, we saw the big JGR #02 hauler leave the track
  • next week
  • No
  • no
  •
