As a driver, no. I don't know what he's really like as a person, though.

No. Mark Martin is by far the class of the field.

He is getting old enough that he won't be around for too many more years. That is the only negative that comes to mind.

I saw him blow this guy off once when he was asking for an autograph. It was in the infield on Thursday and this poor guy was the only one around and Mark wasnt interested in signing that guys hat at all. It was funny but I felt bad for the guy. But I know most would do that from time to time. He crashed Carl Edwards in a straightaway Saturday. So, there's two things.

He never was part of Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch.

He leaves the toilet seat up....other than that, he's perfect.

He is looking sick. He might excersise, but his face is looking pretty bad. Not bagging on him, he just looks older than he is being that he tries to keep in shape.

No not one ,he is a real great guy !

He used to come across as pessimistic sometimes, and he didn't reach his peak until he got serious about eating right and excercise (right before him a Jeff Gordon had that knock-down/drag-out battle for the championship one year). But he's always been a gentleman and is still extremely competitive, even in semi-retirement!
