What are you looking forward to in NASCAR in 2009?

Tony Stewart winning the Daytona 500

I wanna see Tony Stewart do extremely well, taking away from the 2009 points leader (whoever that may be). And I'm totally psyched to see Juan Pablo Montoya, partner with Martin Truex Jr. and Aric Almirola. Montoya earned my respect in '08 "just in time" I like how he became agressive and doesn't try to hide behind racing terminology. Also with a couple drivers out of a Dodge car, I would like to see a Dodge or two make it in the chase. Lets see what Kurt Busch can do. I'm predicting Carl Edwards to take the "Cup".

I'm looking for the stands to be half-empty at race tracks as soon as the second race of the season at California, and also I'm looking at not having the full 43 car field at some races. NA$CAR will see the beginning of the end this year unlkess they make some major changes.

Jamie McMurray having Donnie Wingo as his crew chief! Hoping that it will help him win some races, and get into the chase this year, and show Roush what he is really made of and allow him to stay on that team.

Well, you know every year we look so forward to the season then it gets going and the smack talk starts and my driver doesn't do as well as predicted. I am really hoping for a Junior year this year.

I'm looking forward to a good, fresh start. '08 wasn't a very good season for Jeff, so I'm hoping things get way better for him with his new paint scheme. I'm looking forward to Mark Martin coming back full-time and seeing if he can be a factor for the title. And I'm looking forward to seeing if Joey Logano will be all that great in the Cup series. Hopefully it will be a great year!

What am I looking forward to in NASCAR in 2009, how about Matt winning, I'm just in a huge desperate need in seeing him win, I'm tired of looking through old racing footage of him winning, I want to see much updated versions of him winning! Also I really want to see all of my drivers winning next season, as well as getting back to the top spot in the standings!

1. Seeing how Smoke and Newman adjust to their new rides
2. Seeing how things shake out with the DEI-Ganassi merger
3. Seeing if Kyle Busch will dominate again
4. Seeing how Logano makes out in his freshman season
5. Seeing if Regan Smith is able to land somewhere (he was the 08 rookie of the year)
6. Seeing what effect the economy has on NASCAR

Just chillin out at Daytona on a nice Friday afternoon/evening watching practice and the truck race. I love the truck series. I wish the IROC series was still happening. I may do the Rolex weekend this year and skip Sundays Cup race. It's something I always wanted to do. I love the 24 hours of Daytona. They have some of the worlds best drivers including Cup drivers and you can literally roam the garages all night.
