Was this act ever voted to law in Fla? If so does it apply in other states? I understand that it keeps the autapsy informatiom (photos) from being published in the media without the family's permission. Now the question how does this apply in the case of Michael Jackson's autopsy information? If the media can get around this in this case what protection does the average family have?
