used to be that way with the car companies, the old saying was- he who wins on sunday sells on monday. i like jeff gordon and only buy chevies, but his main sponser dupont i don't know of any products i buy that are made by dupont Nascar fans are known for extreme product loyalty. yes they do.........have u ever bought a pepsi?
guess what,pepsi sponsors jeff gordon.
money in the bank.
how many dale earnhardt monte carlos u see driving down the road?
alot of them.
how bout roush trucks?
snickers,m&ms.........everytime u buy something that sponsors a race car or driver somebody is getting paid yes like when u go to mcdonalds u help reed
GO REED SORENSON 43!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The exposure to the public in such an open manor is priceless. Of course they benefit or they would not be sponsoring them. In most cases monies come out of their advertising budgets. Many companies weigh the cost of advertising dollars with the increase of their profits. Advertising dollars are deductible as a business expense. They must or else they wouldn't be sponsoring a car. It costs big $$ to have your company name on a car...but the beneifit is the millions that will see it...especially if it is in Victory lane or up front often enough. I purchase items from car sponsors...M&M's, Home Depot, Budweiser, Lowes, Dewalt, Amp, etc... Theyn need to get a return on their investment or else they wouldn't sponsor. Some sponsors have been with NASCAR for many years.action replay halo 2 saves

It was good. Ate too much chocolate (if there is such a thing). BBQ'd steaks on the grill with the family. Worked through that race withdrawal thing. Watched a little of the Masters. Came to terms with having to work next Saturday nite and recording the race at Phoenix. Looking forward to 'Dega! Super! The Tigers scored six runs in the bottom of the eigth, beat Texas 6-4. Boo, the Red Wings lost 3-0. pretty good so far.
GO REED SORENSON 43!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a great day. Beautiful service at church then lunch out (I didn't have to cook this year...yea) with the family. The weather was sunny and warm. The only thing missing...no Cup race. Otherwise it has been a great day. How was your day?
Go Jr.>>>> Excellent! I went to church, with my favorite older sister, her kids, my godmother, and my boyfriend. After that we went to Sunday Brunch which was amazing! Then the kids got their Easter baskets.
How was yours? How was your Easter? Well i cant see my favorite Racer Dale Earnhardt Jr. race, but the Yankees lost 4 to 6...kinda bad, but will get better later on =] I ate WAY too much. Ugh. Well breakfast at my dads this AM...then church service...then home and made dinner...family came...we had an egg hunt in the house because it was so cold and wicked wind outside...then I put up a pinata and the little ones got a whack at it...that was a ball. We had a great dinner and lazed around a little and then everyone went home. I am sitting here enjoying the quiet by myself for a little while. Jordan has two friends spending the night so quiet won't last....they are out checking minnow traps now. Karl68, I'm so sorry! I meant to give you a thumbs up and hit the wrong button! :-(
My Easter was good. The family had breakfast together, and I spent the rest of my day in bed watching my true crime shows.
edit: Glad to hear. :-) My Easter was pretty good. I had a great day. OMG, it was a super stressed out day, the Angels pulled out the win over them dang Red Sox, and in between we were watching my Tivo of the Nationwide race, and all happy that Brad Keselowski pulled out another 3rd place, and he is 5th in the pts now...way to go Brad...Other than that great seafood on the grilll, the bad part tomorow is MONDAY, can't we whip Monday off the Map.. Hope everyone had a great Easter..
Go Dale Jr & Hms ..Great.
Saw my wife's 83 yearold aunt.
Saw my 84 yearold mother and got my 51 year old brother out of jail.
Oh had a wonderful church service. Pretty nice so far. Went to Church to Celebrate Easter. Now I have a Chicken, fresh tomato and fresh mushroom lasagna in the reactor. Looking forward to a quiet, romantic evening with my better half.
EDIT: It's all good Boondie, I've done it myself a time or two. Apology humbly accepted. It was Great! All my family got together and we had a really good time!air tran air lines

HDrider is Right he wore wing tip shoes To show the best of the best , To our Military we send our prayers, It is a pleasure to argue racing with you to. Wing tips, and he refused to wear gloves..
He didn't really have to refuse, because there was no requirement..
Gloves were the one piece of equipment the drivers all used even before they were flame proofed, or required..
BTW: The reason he wore the wing tips was to protect his feet from the hot floor board of the car, modern drivers use heat resistant heel pads.. I don't know about his uniform. but he did wear wing tipped shoes. To all of Nascar Nation I hope you and yours have a nice Easter

I have had my laptop for a year and I'm on my third anti virus software. Why is my anti virus software malfunctioning after every six months? I started with Norton then went to BitDefender, and now I'm using McAfee. Thanks in advance. try Avira or AVG
I had problems with all those 'mainstream' ones but these, avira specifically, are dope. no problems They should be good for 12 months, (then need updating) I've always used McAfee, which in 5 years, has never failed me.
There are free and online internet security systems, that apparently can protect your computer for up to 3 years, I don't believe these to be as good but I know people who use them and swear by them, NOD 32 being a good example.borg collective quotes

--well the race just froze--went to black--and now i have this message that we're not subcribed to watch it. did ESPN go pay all of a sudden? i noticed alot of the other channels are gone too. what's up with that? why are you asking us? Call your cable company or something, how should we know what screwed up your television? It could be your cable company because I had no problems at all watching the entire race. It looked fine to me the whole race through.
Something like that happened to me night before last. Turns out we got new cards for our receivers, and it was time to switch over. So, yeah, it's probably a cable company thing. PAY YOUR CABLE BILL! THAT MIGHT HELP! Must be your cable company. I have been watching the race up until 90 laps left then I stopped watching it. Nothing. Oh, when I read the question, I thought you were agreeing with me about how bad ESPN sucks at Nascar. Just give us the 25 second bloop about the race on SC tomorrow morning. STOP CALLING THE WHOLE RACE! I can't take much more of Tim Brewer. Let Fox handle covering the races because ESPN sucks. Very badly.
