well i think they all are good drivers or they would never have got this far in the first place ,but based on performance now that they have gotten this far i gotta say Casey Mears i like the guy and all but if you cant cut it with Hendrick or with RCR you aint never gonna cut it

I hate to say it but Casey Mears is probably doing the most poorly right now.I think he just needs to stay at a team longer.He has had a lot of different teams in the last couple of years.I really think they should move Reed out of the #43 and put A.J in the car.Reed hasn't really shown anything.Reed has always been a mid-pack driver.

Casey Mears team is not showing anything even competitive this year, and neither is Aric Almirola. Paul Menard, Regan Smith, and Travis Kvapil are awesome drivers and deserve shots. Look at Gilliland and the 71 team

Steve Wallace in the Nationwide Series. He's only there because his father is a team owner.

Scott Speed, every race he seems to prove that Red Bull made a mistake by getting rid of Allmendinger(In turn AJ's proving the same thing in the 44).

mark martin. No respect for him at all even with his age and experience. His time was up when he first jumped on Rustys band wagon and said he would retire. So...yeah...PLEASE retire and get out and let someone else come in. Not saying someone younger, just someone who doesn't complain about EVERYTHING. Get over it mark...your done. Your not going to win a championship anytime soon, nor the Daytona 500.

There are quite a few in my opinion. Robby Gordon had to start his own team because nobody would hire him. Paul Menard just has his daddys cash. David Stremme is terrible. So of them I have to go with Robby Gordon.

nascar24 is right. i mean, sure, since his rookie year in 2000, he IS the 5th winningest driver in NASCAR, but that's only because of his last name. and it's true, since joing HMS at the beginning of last season he HAS won more races than teammates jeff gordon and mark martin combined, but that's only because of who his father was.

Since Paul Menard is paying for his own ride, I can't say he's undeserving. He's not taking a ride from a more deserving driver, since he's paying his own way.

I can't believe people are saying Mark Martin doesn't deserve a ride. Have they even looked up his stats? The guy is STILL better than half the drivers out there, even if he is 50. Reeks of ageism to me.
