Octane has most of them, however, #1 is Watkins Glen: Pit wall is to the drivers' right, & the fuel fillers are on the opposite (right) side of the cars. If you look closely at some teams' road course cars, they've got holes for the fillers on both sides, but they move the fill tubes back & forth. Left side for Infineon, right for The Glen. They just tape over the hole on the side they're not using.
