88 car Vs 26 car?

May be...

  • Jamie did not mean to hit JR, I think he knew he was gonna pit, and thought JR would be moved out of the way...and he was not, I think Jamie should have backed off, but he kept coming...

No, ones fault, Just racing...and racing is accidents, I really don't believe Jamie would have done it on purpose,.

and by no means was its Jr fault.........he was not the one that caused it right.

but I clearly saw accident written all over it.
  • i really thank that Jamie didn't see besides it wasn't his fault it was Regan fault he hit into Jamie and cause Jamie hi into Jr
  • Oh yeah, Jamie just completely tore up his car on purpose just so he could say he took out Dale Jr. Open your eyes man...it was an accident.
  • I think Jamie should of been paying more attention and what the he** was his spotters doing? I like Jamie but that was a weird way to take himself out and to mess Jr up more! anyways congrats to Kurt Busch and all his fans!!(superdave I see you've got Tom in a lovely #2 for the week! way to go!!)
  • Accidents happen and I don't think he would have messed himself up just to hit my favorite driver Dale JR.
  • It will be the Jr./Jamie show this week I guess.
  • do you really think #26 Jamie didn't see Dale Jr down here or was he trying to pass to low an ran into jr and then got on tv an tryed to say it was Jr fault for me its i dont have a problem with Jamie but open your eyes man
  • Blame the spotters for not alerting him to that. He had been running on the apron for traction all day and hadn't had a problem until then. He was focused on what the 10 car(? Might have that car number wrong) was going to do.

Those spotters didn't do a good job. McMurray's spotter didn't notice that Jr. was going to pit, but most of the blame should be on Jr's spotter. He should have told the others that he was pitting so the other drivers could be told.
  • It may have been an accident but when your running below the line you should be more attentive. Especially at the entrance to pit road!
  • Woody101 ~ Who are you calling a moron? Expecially since you, evidently, weren't even watching the race. Jamie was on the lead lap in 13th place. He had been on the lead lap ALL DAY!!!! You idot. Take off your "Jr does no wrong" glasses & you may actually see whats truly happening next time before you open your mouth & insert your foot.

It wasn't Jamies fault. Jr waited too late to pull down to the apron to pit. Most drivers are already there coming out of the turn. Jr waited until the last second & Jamie was already there & had no time to stop.

You want to blame someone blame the spotters. Jr's spotter should have had him over to the apron way before he did.
  • i did not got that part
  • Do you think he would have hit Jr if he would have seen him? I don't.
  • jamie is a moron. 3 laps down and you run full speed into a car pulling onto pit road. get some glasses if you can't see a big white car in front of you
  • it was definitely jamie's fault i think he saw junior thought by the time he would be at the exit of the corner junior would have been out of the way, so yeah he saw him but then again didn't see him... jamie needs to open his eyes a little more and realize where pit road is and realize that he can run the apron there or else he will wreck others
  • To tell you the truth. I believe what Jamie said. Jr had pulled down but Jamie was coming and didn't know Jr was pitting.
  • Jamie wasnt aware of Jr. pitting. Its Jr's spotters job to tell people that he is pitting an obviously he didnt do his job. So you cant blame Jamie for it. It was racing and Jamie wouldnt hit him on purpose.
  • i blame the spotters.
  • We all know who ever gets in God is wrong. Jr is never wrong and is the best driver in the world. I think Jr and Jmac are tied for points wins in the past two years so technically Jmac and Jr are equal in skill.
  • It was Jamie's fault for several reasons:
    1. He was rim riding during "Pit Time"
    2. He could've reacted faster when Jr. turned down.
    3. He collected the innocent David Ragan and prevented a good finish from him. Jr. did the right thing getting the 88 off the racing surface.
  • I don't have a problem with Junoir, but open YOUR eyes, dude! Nobody could have guessed in a million years that he was coming to pit lane. Spotter was obviously asleep on the job and Earnhardt showed no hand signal.

So, Junior fans, we are still awaiting for you to blame your own driver for the first time.
  • It was spotter error. Nobody was at fault. Do you SERIOUSLY think McMurray nailed Jr. on purpose? What, did Kyle Busch pay Jamie off after the race for doing it?

McMurray's spotter could of told McMurray that Jr. was pitting, Jr.'s spotter could of told Jr. that McMurray was down there. It's not like it's illegal to race down there either, the TNT reporters even said they do it all the time. It was a freak racing accident.
  • thats alright june bug still 3rd in the points
    daytona next week jr.s house
  • I think the only thing Jamie can see is his career as a Roush driver coming to an end.
