Does anyone know why Hmiel was suspended from NASCAR?

I know he is not a big name but he is racing in another series because he has been suspended

He got busted for heroine. he had many chances to redeem himself, but he kept doing the drugs. After his third chance NASCAR banned him for life.

and it wasn't just pot either. He and his girlfriend got caught and busted for heroin.

He just couldn't give up the sensimilla and ice. Too many failed drug tests.

In 2003 he tested positive for marijuana. In 2005 he tested positive for marijuana and cocaine and was suspended for a bit. Then in 2006 he tested positive(for what I dont know I could find that anywhere) again and then was banned for life from Nascar. What a shame!
