What is NASCAR worth?

I was wondering: If someone like Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, etc. wanted to buy NASCAR from the France family, how much would it cost? (I doubt the France's would ever allow it, but for the sake of curiosity) Has anyone ever seen a real amount put to it? This is just for NASCAR, not including the family's stake in ISC.

all the teams are worth about quite a few millions and everything els id guess around 1.5 bill. to 3 billion

If it has great value now it's going to be considerably less if NASCAR continues on its path -mind set- of the only thing is making money and forgetting on putting on good stock car racing
