Is the "Busch" name big in motorsports (NASCAR)?

The Buschs are very good drivers but as to popular I don't know about that... Both Kurt in years gone by & to a lesser extent Kyle now tend to rub many fans the wrong way.I'm not a Kyle Busch fan but he is certainly a great driver.

No more than BUSCH Beer.

Hopefully they won't be as big when it's all said and done this year. I think my Johnson is bigger then your 2 Busch's :)

I haven't really paid that much attention to the Busch Bros. (I like Kurt but not Kyle so much). I think their name is as big as anyone else. It's just that way.... The more you win, the more you are noticed. The longer you race, the more familiar you become to everyone.

Prior to Jeff Gordon there was Cecil Gordon, but not many recognised the name .Jeff came on the scene and the Gordon name became a household name.
The Busch name is doing the same.

Yes, the name is getting lots of high profile exposure. Sometimes the exposure is more negative than positive (at least in Kyle's case); but still, "Busch" is getting used a lot during Nascar related discussions.

It can't help but to be big. It's all the announcers say during a race ... especially Brad Dougherty. When Brad Dougherty says Kyle Busch it's like Kyle's name is a 15 letter word.
"Kyyyyyyyyyyyyyyle Busch"

I know I haven't talked to anyone lately about NASCAR without the Busch name coming up at least once. Along with Gordon, Johnson, Martin,Stewart, Edwards, and of course the infamous Dale Jr. And others I did not think to mention, but yes Busch is getting to be a bigger name in NASCAR as of late.

I would say they are starting to beat the "Busches" pretty hard!!

i saw the "Busch" name used on a few t-shirts i saw last year. it was used more towards Kyle though. (it was after the whole Kyle Busch and Dale Jr.'s fan feud last year) the t-shirt read, "I hate Busch so much, i shaved it." the other read, "i hate Busch so much, she let me shave hers."

i don't know about you, but that made me laugh.

Busch names were made the hard way..by winning races and dominating nascar..but in this so called sport, and question that word..some drag around the track on their daddies coat tail..even one individual sitting on the thorny throne is sure disgracing a fine family old name because of reason only known to him..answer to your question..."The Busch brothers earned it"..this big headed person would be better off staying out of the way of the real drivers...not your fault Mother Theresa.

yes,the older kurt has been a sprint cup champion in the past and "little shrub brush" is well on his way to becoming a champion .
