Whatever happened to Ward burton?

He's still in Virginia working for his wildlife preservation charity.

he is required to take speech lessons before he is allowed to come back..

Ward is alive & well in South Boston, Va. His wildlife foundation is keeping him busy & his son Jeb, is starting to race stock cars in the area & Ward is involved in that also. Go here to keep up to date on Ward...
it looked like he was going to race in the truck series for a while but that deal never worked out...

He Doesn't have a full time ride.
Has been Semi Retired for about Three years now.
He was a pretty good Driver and a Good Interview.
He is also into his Foundation and doesn't really care if he drives or not anymore, but will take a ride if offered.

There are more drivers than cars.
He is busy with his "Ward Burton Wildlife Foundation". As well as helping out Jeb Burton's racing career.

yes he bounced around rides but never had the success his brother had but would not be surprised to see him race a few in all seires

Ward Burton drove for Bill davis racing in the sprint cup series So why is he not racing?

i think i heard something about ward burton or as i call him war burt running a few races but not sure of details about car or owner. i have always liked war burt and wish him luck.
