i don't think so. I hate the rowdy fans complaining about the horsepower limit as if it's not fair. It's not fair to have everyone on equal ground so that the people (drivers and teams) actually do 100% of the work instead of 60 %.

Wow. What's not fair is to have one manufacturer ahead of the other 3 who had been fair and equal and then have someone from Japan come and take over and pretty much cheat.
