In the standings they have Pole position, wins, and DNF whats DNF??

The Prez got it. Did not finish. That is a very, very bad thing to have happen.

Did Not Finish. The reason for a DNF is that either a driver got in an accident so bad they couldn't finish the race or they blew an engine or broke a critical part in their car like to motor or axles.

Yup, DNF stands for did not finish. Something Kevin Harvick hasn't had in almost 2 full seasons (knock on wood).

If somebody crashes or has a catastropich failure and didn't finish the race on the track, then he recieves a DNF. He still finishes in a certain spot and gets points. They only put DNF in the stats.
