It's Talladega. A lap down is not worth avoiding the "big one"

He didn't want to get that far behind. Something went wrong.

he was only doing that because if there was a big wreck he wouldn't end up in it. Talladega is all about timing because if you notice there have been 30+ lead changes because no one can stay in the lead. He was just playing it safe.

I think he is having some kind of trouble.

they just somewhat confirmed that something is wrong with the car.. you don't attempt and succeed to go a lap down to try and avoid the big one at talladega... something is up

edit:so now he is back on the lead lap and he was staying with the draft and i guess nothing was wrong but that was really weird... wow no he isn't on the lap! this sucks... i don't know what is up with jimmie...but don't forget cautions breed cautions

At Talladega the 2 best places you can be is in the front or all the way at the end of the line. The worst place is the mid-pack because that is usually where the BIG ONE occurs. If your in the front the wreck is behind you,if your in the back then the wreck is in front of you and you have time to react and avoid it.

He'll be ok because even if he goes a lap down, he will get a caution and be the lucky dog. He is not going to be in the big one if it happens, I think it will work out for him.
