Why are somany people against lewis hamilton?

i can only say for my self, till the time Kimi is racing, i will be against hamilton, i don't like or dislike him,
and i assume it is the case with most people, they just support other drivers,
and Hamilton doesnt' help much with his antics like hitting stationary Kimi in Canada, giving unnecessary comments

Because he is arrogant and a cheat.

Its because hes a nasty little person and his real nasty side has yet to show its self. I hate to admit it but he will probably take the title this year but fingers crossed he f%&s up again. If that hapens we will be in for another lifetime of (remember 1966) and we will have to endure all the **** that will come along with it.In a few years time the Lewis loonies among us will probably have a world champion but even them will get sick listening to his rants.I dislike the wee coloured chappie with a passion and its not because im racist,i cant be i have a coloured telly,its his attitude,his total demeanour,and especially his daddy hanging round him all the time.his time will come,go break a leg Lewis!!!!!!! please.

to be honest at least here..(f1 section Y!) there are more lewis supporters....and rather less Kimi supporters!!

i always say when he wins by not cheating or cutting chicanes i will happily say well done to him.

I am a ferrari and kimi supporter and am hoping Massa wins this year for honesty... he would have won singapore and hungary...

He also jumped in the right car at the right time, massa +kimi proved themselves in a much slower car as did Schumacher

but nxt year... the slate will wipe clean for me and let the new season begin...

It's because he's arrogant.

I think it has more to do with every other sentence out of his mouth being about how he's the greatest thing to happen to F1 since Ayrton Senna then he goes and pulls stunts like Turn 1 in Fuji.

It's because he's upset the status quo, people who were Ferrari or Alonso fans don't like it when their heroes don't win. There are lots of Ferrari and Alonso fans out there.

He does say some dumb things too, but it's about the racing and not the talking in my opinion.

He's certainly made the sport more interesting.

Is it cos he`s an englishman and the best?

i'm not against him he's actually my favourite driver.

I think it's because of how he races he likes to attack even when he doesn't need to its just his type of racing.

Also i think people don't like him because he's obviously the best driver and everyone hates been beaten.
