Green flag is around 7:43, as I don't bother watching all the pre-race junk.

Sprint ICE, you should know this by now lol. It starts at 7p.m. and then once you factor in the pre race mumbo jumbo it will probaly going at about 8:30 or so.

Here on the east coast it will start at 7:00...for the pre race stuff....racing most likely start at 8:00

The Nextel Cup series no longer exists. It has been known as the Sprint Cup series for over two years now. So the answer to your question is "There is no such thing as the Nextel Cup", so there is no way to answer your question correctly.

Thats OK ICE, i still call it that sometimes.Maybe they should quit changing it so much. Its 7 pm for pre-race, so around 8pm

the pre-race starts at 7:00 sharp but if you want to know the actual time of the green flag, watch the very beginning of NASCAR Now which is on at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. They always say the exact time the flag drops.
