Well I may get some thumbs down for this but The Rock would win just because he was a professional fighter. He would still know some moves and be an overall better fighter. Dale Sr. was a tough fighter I'm sure but The Rock would still win.

The Rock would put up a good fight, but WWE matches only last for so long, but NASCAR drivers have to have endurance over a much longer period of time during a race. So The Rock gets some good shots early on, but The Intimidator outlasts him.
