How do you build and run an auto racetrack?

Most of the short racetracks 1/4, 1/3, and 3/8 dirt or asphault are part of a fairgrounds in a county but what about the ones that are private property?

First you would have to have the property, and then you would have to go to your local City Council and show plans and get an Environmental Impact report and present it to the planning Commission.

Then you have to have the money to operate for at least three years to be safe as it would take a while to get a fan base.

Also need to go with what ever type of cars can race in your area. These days it is almost impossible to do unless you have huge backing and a huge amount of money behind you.

Then there are Sanction fees for Nascar and your local City or County Govt. Uncle Sam Dang sure will get his share off the top.
