I would have to say to Jr to not worry about what others think and to leave the past behind him and that he's been doing great so keep up the good work and to stop putting so much pressure on himself!!

I would tell Bobby LaBonte to leave Petty Enterprise and find a better team because I know he has it in him to win more and Petty is not providing that chance for him!
