Who pays for nascar drivers fuel?

May be...

  • fuel to race the cars is provided to nascar from sunoco free

under there exclusive fuel supplier contract

fuel for to and from the tracks the teams pay for
  • At all Nascar sanctioned events whether it's a race or testing, the fuel is provided free via Sunoco's sponsorship with Nascar. Teams do have to purchase the fuel they use for non-Nascar sanctioned tests and for all the fuel they use in the motor department.
  • Depends which driver:
Boris Said - No Fear Energy Drink
    Gordon - Pepsi
Earnhardt Jr. - Mt. Dew/AMP Energy Drink
Stanton Barrett/Rowdy - NOS Energy Drink
Brian Vickers/AJ Dingalinger - Red Bull Energy Drink
Kenny Wallace - Shark Energy Drink
    Kasey Kahne - Budweiser
    Regan Smith - Coors
    Kurt Busch - Miller Lite
The rest have Coke Zero or Gatorade depending on who sponsors victory lane in the race.

P.S.: The question was about the drivers' fuel, not the vehicle's fuel, lol.
  • their car's fuels are given by sunoco under their contract. with nascar

and you see the decals of sunoco on the sides of their cars.?
it means that sunoco sponsors the race cars also.
  • SPONSORS, OWNERS
  • the nascar drivers do
  • LMAO!!! The drivers!! That's a good one.
  • If you consider that the "fuel" for the drivers would be in the form of drinks, sandwiches and the like, I would say the sponsors.

If you mean the fuel for the vehicle, I would still say the sponsors.

Does anyone see a pattern here?
