I'm a hard core Dale Jr fan...I'm happy I can finally drink my Corona's this yr, none of my Dale Jr fans would let me drink my Corona Lights last yr...(I can't stand Budweiser) sorry Jr. So I have my Corona Lights and lime ready for tomorrow night...

a better question is why did Bud sign a driver whose fan base is teenage girls(my daughter included)?? They gonna make commercials of Kasey at an underage kegger in the woods?/

Is Dale Jr less of a draw since his sponcer is the less sexy. I can't see the National Guard t's selling well with the former 8 fans outside the U.S. or the AMPed jackets moving with old school fans. Is some 35 plus fan going to start cracking open AMP over a 6 of Bud while watching the 500?

I agree... it's silly to quit likeing something just because it's not supported by the driver you like. Jr. is a legend b/c of his dad, his driving, and many other things. Not because he drove for Budweiser...

I'm a fan of the driver. But even he couldn't convince me to drop a Miller Lite for Bud

Actually with his new sponsors I think his merchandise sales will increase dramatically as now more youth merchandise can be sold and worn. One of the problems I faced with the Bud sponsor was not being able to wear his shirts to work or school.

Dale JR fan . . . Bud is just another sponsor. They should have pulled their NASCAR sponsorship when he left. His mom is an idiot . . . how can Dale's son not be with DEI? I hope Dale Jr shoves it up their nose this year . . . I don't blame Bud . . . his step-mom is to blame.

Budweiser sucks as far as beer goes anyway. A Budweiser jacket might look cooler than an AMP jacket, unless they come up with a good design. I like the idea of a non-alcohol related sponsor. People didn't drink Budweiser just because Junior was sponsored by them. I asked the question of what kind of beer people drink during NASCAR races, and people have a much more discriminating taste in their beer. I know people who drink Budweiser and don't even watch NASCAR, so it's basically irrelivent. Besides now that Junior is sponsored by AMP he can draw a whole new crowd of non-drinkers, which is totally cool, because there really isn't much room in motorsports for people who drink alcohol. Unless your a spectator. Even as a spectator I don't like to be under the influence of alcohol when I watch, because I want 100% capacity of my attention to scrutinize the race. I'll pop a couple MGD's after the race, maybe. But i'ld rather drink an AMP or a Rockstar during the race, especially if i'm in public.

Lets be real. A true fan will be drinking Bud at the track rooting for Jr. Im a Jeff fan but I have to have Coke with my Jack. Pepsi just doesnt do it. If your not a Jeff Gordon Dupont fan, should you stop cooking on teflon coated pans? Dupont are the ones who invented it.

I am 38 and in the National Guard as a full time soldier. I do not care what others "outside" the U.S. think. Yeah, I still drink BUD, but my uncle also works for Anheuser Busch. Matter of fact, popping one open now. I have been a JR fan for sometime now, so I will continue to support him to the fullest by serving my country in the Guard, not by drinking AMP!!!! I know he will represent us well both on and off the track. That is the most important thing he can do, is to support us.

drunks will be drunks...its about the driver though...people will support jr by buying his merchandise...but theyll still get drunk off of some piss beer.....not to mention that bud now has a driver that doesnt lokk like hes old enough to drink.....
