What do you think the odds are IRL and Champ will fold?

Champ car will either fold or be bought out by the IRL within 2 years.



The IRL will hang around although its not going to get any bigger than it is now.

They will have to merge. Champcar is dying a slow death, but does have many good racetracks that the IRL needs. The split will end within 2 years

They have to merge, then open wheel will be back, it will make for some great open wheel racing.

The IRL is fairly healthy, but not fantastic. Champcar could recover from its current slump with better decisions from the people in control. Odds are they will merge within two years, most likely by 2009 if not sooner. Sad part is that many of the IRL races are so much better than Cup series races but noone knows about them.

I say about 50% in the next five years.
