JR. & Budweiser ???

It was pretty cool seeing jr. win the first race he has run with Hendrick. About the wearing the Budweiser Jacket, he couldn't do it last year because of the "gremlins" in his car, but he already made up for it this year.

Junior wins the Shootout !!.... AND ... Sport's Around Victory Lane,wearing a Budweiser Jacket !!!

Probably did. Shame they couldn't go with him or that he couldn't get what he wanted at DEI to stay. But he has moved on and I guess AB got a little extra Dale Jr.

Jr wasn't wearing the jacket JUST because it was the BUD shoot-out. He is still under contract with a-b to promote Budweiser for one more yr. So basically, Jr was just keeping HIS OWN sponsor happy. Jr isn't going to go out of his way to do anything that doesn't benefit him. Bud don't sponsor his car but he still has one more yr left to promote their products.

Ha, Ha Budweiser!!! Stick with Theresa and have a bruised butt from kicking yourself. I think the guys from Anheuser-Busch will be needing a shot to go with their beer this season!!! Who knows, maybe a whole bottle?!



They are just lucky Jr is a classy guy.

It was called the Bud Shoot out so that's why the Bud jacket. It was cool that Jr. won. They were drinking Bud beer also.

That was awesome, I am sure he enjoyed wearing the Bud jacket too! It was great that Rick Hendrick was one of the first to congratulate Junior, he never had that support at DEI. I hope he has a fantastic year, just for Step-mom!

Steffy is right. Seeing him get a congrats by Rick was awesome. Hell Teresa was only at the track for maybe five races all year. Rick is at all of them. He won't miss one. I think Jr is happy he could win his old sponsors race in his new ride. Getting help from his Hendrick teamates Johnson, Gordon, and Mears was cool to.

If A-B just gave me $200,000+ for a 50 lap shoot-out, I'd wear anything they wanted me to!
